Big5 Cookware

Bitterly disappointed at the lack of customer service. Order placed on Tuesday 16th May and on 25th May, my order still hasn't been collected by the courier. I have asked on numerous occasions for an update and only received one yesterday. Was promised that goods would be despatched yesterday, but I see that the courier hasn't even collected yet. Pity because the quality of the goods are good.

I have placed an online order with Big5 Cookware. According to Big5 Cookware my package was collected by Internet Express couriers in 21/12/2022. According to the courier the package was never handed over to them, Big5 Cookware promised to look into it, but I have not received ANY solid feedback other than they will look into it, from them. Big5 Cookware simply responds that they are closed (even though according to the website they are open) and that the package will be delivered (when? Christmas 2024?) In the mean time I have thrown a lot of money in the water on an order I'm not going to receive as both Big5 cookware and Internet express couriers denies accountability - if something goes wrong with an order it becomes the customer's loss as there is a complete lack of responsibility and accountability on the side of Big5 Cookware!

Great service and received the order without any issues. The 11 piece blue cast iron set is of superb quality and 100% SA made.

It is my second time purchasing from Big5 Cookware and they never dissappoint. Will most definitely buy again and again. They make for nice gifts. Looks beautiful in my kitchen.

I bought the catering set on 2 December 2022 and it was delivered on the 6. Very quick and efficient. The pots are strong and I love the packaging as well .

They use deceptive advertising. I ordered the 10pc and 8pc enamel bowls and only got 5 bowls and 4 bowls. They count the lids too. This was not mentioned on the website description and the pictures showed 10 bowls and 8 bowls. I would not have ordered if I knew this. But the bowls are ok quality.
