Does not assist with anything other than sales - literally every time I've asked for assistance the response has been completely lackluster. But the moment it's a sale? Oh boy, they can't be quick enough to help! I've been with them since the company was taken over a few years back, so... I've been around a while.So if you're looking for someone who literally only cares about your money and not you as a client, these are your people! Save yourself the effort and contact Discovery directly - at least they answer their phones, and pretend to care.
