The trading hours do not correspond with the actual times the store is closed. I am at the shop but can’t get in, as there is a back in 5 minutes sign but been waiting for 30.

I have been using your services for the last two years. Lately the service is poor to say the least. Two of your staff was sitting behind the computers on the 24th of November, but said they were too busy to help meThey could not exactly say when. I mentioned the service not being what it used to be and said so I must rather go into Stellenbosch and have my work done there and the gentleman nodded yesYesterday again the same poor service, the lady working there was alone and did not even great and when asked for a price for printing could not give the correct/accurate priceThis was not the only occasions. Previously to these 2 poor services there was also an occasion where they said they were to busy to helpWe took the effort to drive to the Square for printing because we were happy with the service previously rendered but lately Very Poor Service. It is time and money waisted. I was not the only customer that was frustrated yesterdayWill NEVER make use of your services againIf you take on too much work and cannot help your walk in clients then close the door and put a note on the doorI will never use your services again

This place is like magic. Never a grumpy face and always willing to help. Many a time I ran in there, late and definitely a bit unruly and they always helped me. It has been three years and I wish I could move this place everywhere I go. They are the example for good customer service.

I was spoken to so rudely by the young lady attending to me. I’m absolutely disgusted that she could speak to me and have such a bad attitude toward a client and an older person. Terrible customer service. I’ll never be back. Very disappointed.

Tried to print photographs and it ended up doubling the ammount of photographs I was going to pay for. The workers didn't know how theachine worked to cancel it so I had to pay double the ammount I was supposed to.

Excellent, prompt, friendly service. Loved our printed mugs. Would definitely use them again.

sent a parcel with them on 14 December, was told it will take 3 working days, 16 days later and still not delivered, domestic parcel. they blame skynet, skynet blames them and no one can tell me anything about when it will be delivered. shocking!

Initially tried to get hold of their Cape Gate branch but their phone just goes unanswered throughout the day. Then I phoned this branch and a lady picked up and I asked her if she knows what their Cape Gate branch's number is as I'm not getting through and she said: check the internet". I then asked her if she knew if that branch takes ID photo's and again she said

Best service, staff and printing. Ive recently moved to somerset west and still drive to 3@1 Stellenbosch for all my printing needs.

Pathetic service, guy working there was rude and very ill mannered. Argued about what he told me and actually implied that I was lying. Will def not visit shop again
