Allen's Real Estate

Came into this office on a Friday at noon-ish. Was asked to leave my details and an agent would get back to me. Fast-forward a month later I am still to be contacted. I wrote a complaint e-mail which I sent to all 3 of the e-mail addresses I found on the website. No-one replied. I would avoid this business at all costs if this is how I am treated as a would-be customer - I shudder to think of their after sales service. There are plenty of other helpful agencies in the immediate area (next door and across the road) so save yourself the trouble and disappointment.

to make a loooong soppy story short

The agent working on my house in Vredenburg was not serious with taking good care of my property. Lots of damages to my house, as well as removal of items (my property) from my house happened, as well as changes to my property without my consent. The principal was making promises of paying for the damages caused by people renting and it came to absolutely nothing. I tried now for almost one year to get these solved - no cooperation. There was no proper system for inspections - the agent do not know what was in my house and what not. Up to now I received no inspection report for the outgoing people. Many times the monthly rental was received late by me - it was kept in their account. I will never again use Allen's Real Estate!!
