Sent a parcel 3 days ago & it’s not tracking. Called in & the lady says she is going to call me back in 5 mins & she doesn’t. Called back in 20 minutes , the lady that picks ups tells me they prioritise walk ins that’s why they haven’t called back . Puts me on hold for 6 minutes & comes back to tell me the tracking number was changed but she can’t provide me with a new tracking info then she drops the phone .

Tebogo went above and beyond to help me today while I was in a rush. It was strange though that only one person on shift knew how to measure packing materials to quote for delivery.

Very slow service , I stood in the queue for more than 15minutes ( mind you there was only one person infront of me before reaching an assistant ) . Either they need more staff or fast working people because there was no urgency to hurry up from the workers

There is ALWAYS a queue that moves extremely slowly. Either they need more staff or the staff need to know how to work faster or more efficiently. One expects this type of sevice from a government institution not a privately owned one. I appreciate that there are customers who come in with complicated requests but then they should have a designated parcel drop / collection point.
