DPD Laser - West Rand

Worst courier service I have ever experienced. They are not helpful at all, they didn't even attempt to help me track my package after THEIR delivery company lost the parcel. Every time I called they said they had rescheduled it, and when I phone to check because once again I did not receive my delivery, the service centre would say the package had not been dispatched, after the assured me it had been? Untrustworthy. They did not help me reschedule the delivery, they were utterly useless. I had to phone 3-4 times a day for 4 days until I was sure that the package was tracked and scheduled for delivery. Honestly the worst customer service and overall performance from ANY courier service. Would not recommend.

Parcel not delivered due to irresponsible driver or contact center. Called me twice @ 9&11am to get the right address, kept quiet ever since, then @2pm finally answered my call saying parcel can’t be delivered due to unclear address. What don’t you understand about “CALL ME, I can give directions or send you the exact gps location via WhatsApp”? No one bothered contacting me and simply decided not to work. @2pm I repeated again the address and “Call me” request, asking for delivery on the day. Call center promised night delivery on the day after 6pm, again no one called at all, kept me waiting throughout the night, then send SMSs at 10am the next day repeating “can’t deliver due to address error.” No human communication, no efforts to resolve the issue, pathetic service. Will anyone be responsible for the damages of late delivery?

I don't know what how to say it ....the driver stole my parcel or they misplaced my parcel..from the 6th of February I received an sms that I will be receiving my parcel from platinum life and that communication ended on the 10th and claimed that the driver called and I didn't answer..which was lies I never received a call on the 10th from them ...its over a month now they are quiet about it...where is my parcel DPD? From the 6th -10th my parcel was being out for delivery and never reached me ......I guess is theft and it must be a norm for them to steal

Just know that if your parcel is being delivered by these clowns it's as good as gone. Tell me why the delivery guy gave my parcel to someone who is not me??? Almost a week has passed and I haven't gotten any closer to getting my parcel.

KAK SERVICE!!! They have returned TWO of my parcels with no communication!! No one called me to tell me what the issue is. No one picks up the phone and emails are ignored. I am sick to my stomach because these are important items that I’m waiting for! My child’s school uniform!! How hard can it be to deliver a parcel in FOURWAYS???? Companies shouldn’t use this useless excuse of a courier.

Pathetic call system. Their prompts dont even bloody work! My parcel suppos to be delivered on the 13th. Im stil waiting its now the 25th

If I could rate a negative 20 I would . The utmost disrespectful and useless courier. Unfortunately the company I bought from used them as the courier . I will be contacting them too, to inform them of the end user experience. Don't bother contacting them -your problem as simple as it should be will not be solved and expect them to throw the phone down in your ear. I have never experienced such anger in my entire life which I should have taken out on them but I didn't. DONT USE THIS COURIER UNLESS YOU ENJOY POOR PERFORMANCE< OUTRAGEOUS FRUSTRATION- AND A LONG WAIT FOR DELIVERY. This has been my experience in the Roodepoort area. By some luck perhaps you will get better luck in other areas. I however would rather pull all my teeth out than deal with this company."

I ordered goods with Charis Jewelry & they sent my package via dpd laser. I was nervous after reading the bad reviews, but my stuff arrived on time. The only downside is that the driver didn't call before arriving and tracking via app & via the company website took a bit of time to show the same status. Other than that, I liked the service. The place I ordered from uses this company as a courier service. Been waiting very long for my parcel. I think it got lost - and they don't even let you know what's going on. They don't tend to inquiries, also their email on the website does not deliver!Can see from the reviews this courier service has no standards at all.

They lied on the status. I work from home, so I am always home, where the parcel should be delivered. Nobody phoned me. The intercom did not phone me. How can they say they were here and did not find me? Apart from that, their call-in service is not working. I went from 34 in the queue with 14 minutes wait time to number 1 in the queue with 2 minutes back to 34 in the queue with 14 minutes. I hope you will get better soon!
