McDonald's Wonderpark Drive-Thru
I went there to buy doughnuts and they just threw them in the paper bag and gave them to me. Even the big Mac box would been fine. The worst part is it wasn't the first time. The first time I let it slide because I just assumed they ran out of boxes but now I see they want to make it a habit and it's unacceptable.

Namsi is one of the most friendliest cashiers I've ever met, they were understaffed today but she managed to provide an excellent customer service even when she was working alone, I truly appreciate her helping today.

The staff is very slow. The person who is at the till, making customers pay, is the same person who then leaves the queue behind to go to the kitchen to make the food. It just doesn’t make sense at all. I had a bad experience. I had to wait for 30 minutes to get my food.

We were at McDonald's Wonder Park/Karen Park, 1st there was no one maning the till and we had to lay a complaint to get service, then when we got service she was dismissive and didn't listen so we had to do 2 transactions for 1 order. The order arrived and the packaging didn't match what we ordered and it was disgustingly dirty with ketchup stains all over like they reused a dirty container, the food was cold, my burger also had ketchup stains on the bun like it was being mishandled, fries didn't have salt but the juice was good... To top it off we got sick

Some meakls you order you can honestly see and feel that they were in the kitchen for long and they also tan out of sauces or forgot to put in my food I don't know, but it's mostly packed. Would recommend the drive through

Staff is clueless when redeeming with the Mac'D app, lost my points (which i gained as i was buying), the manager just said there's nothing he can do, I should move to the side. Worst service
