Raynor helped me to adjust the design of my existing engagement ring and reworked the design of a pendant that I inherited from my great grandmother. He sat with me and discussed at length to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted. What an exceptional job in both cases! He also went out of his way to assist when there was an issue with my husband’s wedding band last minute. I can’t recommend his services highly enough. Thank you Raynor!
