Horrible, Hit and run while my car was packed opposite PG GLASS shop and they refused me to view footage either.

I still stand by my Word, Calling your SalesLady Hopeless is indeed Justified because i called 4 times and she rejected my calls after rating her with 1 STAR thats when she called me back and asked for a Vin number. After giving it to her. with an attitude she demanded that i undo the one STAR.. And she never came back to me ...ive been waiting for a response since yesterday...i called other dealers and they heard me clearly... If i have to call her HOPELESS Again i will do it over and over again...She is indeed HOPELESS.. GOOD BYE..

A friend recommended them to me, I went there to buy brake pads about 3 weeks ago for my car and I had no sample with me, they told me there are 2 different types for my car and they can be able to check on the front ones. One employee went to the car to check and they sold me the front pads. The receipt got wet and I threw it because there was no printing visible. On the 28th of November I went to the mechanic to fit them and I found out that they are not the right ones. I took them back today 2/12/2020 and I was told that they can't help me without the receipt, which did not make sense to me because they checked the brake pads on the car before they sold them to me. With anger I left the wrong brake pads with them because they are useless for me. This is just my experience but definitely I am not going there for anything ever again.

Terrible service..no remorse whatsoever to help a customer without a till slip no assistance even tho they had a look at the vehicle when parts was purchased by their staff member still no assistance.Think twice before purchasing from these guys cos you could be stuck with incorrect parts for life and money lost.

I found it opened after normal Saturday operating hours and got exactly what I was looking for at a good price nogal and the lady made us aware of their whatsapp number in order to contact them to check if they have a part before we can drive to their store. Now that's innovative way of running a business. Kudos.

Ridiculously expensive for Low quality parts!Selling china things that break as soon as you use it! Doesn't even refund or exchange! Even with a valid cash slip! Dismal service! Rather wait in the Goldwagen or Midas line, at least you getting quality parts or tools that you can actually exchange if has a defect! Uncle is extremely uninterested, doesn't even bother to help his clients even understanding the amount of business we bring to his shop! It's like they know they selling cheap stuff, that breaks easy and they stick by no refunds! This place is not setup to provide a service! It's setup to steal money from the people around!

Hi Good people.Would like to alert you this motor spare shop sells second-hand and rejected car parts for an affordable price.I recently bought the Brake discs and pads only to be given the damaged wrong parts that didn't fit on my car, after the shop owner physically checked my car model and checked on their systems and later refused to exchange them because I did not provide them the hardcopy receipt even when I proved my electronic transaction. please be warned NOT to buy from this spare shop.save yourself from ill-treatment for your money...

sold me a faulty car part and would not give me a refund unless i bought another one so they could check it before issuing a refund. now my car makes the worst noise and its damaging my brake pads. worst service received
