Completely messed up my order I had to wait two months just to get cheap ice I could've bought of the street then they turn around and make it my fault imagine the audacity

The product is amazing my wife got me the watch with Cubin link bracelet and wrist chain however my batteries in the watch were dead no biggie I took it to a jewelry store which sorted to me out still 5 stars for the service it got here pretty quick.

The piece I received is exactly what I was looking for and to add the icing on the cake, Rxmz jewelry Designs stayed in constant communication with me and even let me know the day before that I will be receiving my piece. Definitely going to be purchasing a lot more jewelry

Ordered a custom necklace for someone and it is really nice and quality. Happy with the order, since it was a custom it took about a month but no complaints. Was kept informed whenever I asked. I'd recommend them.

I paid for a necklace in March 2023 and was told that I would receive it within 2 weeks. It is now June 2023 and up until a week ago, Ramz would answer my WhatsApps by saying at first that they were just waiting for their shipment from overseas. Then 2 months later I was told that they would send me another necklace and earrings complimentary to apologise for waiting so long but complimentary" involved them wanting me to send an additional R500 to cover their shipping costs on the items! Which I obviously refused to do! After many more empty promises of having problems with their courier
