IC Auto Nissan the after sale service is so so poor, i mean even a one star rating is to good for they deserve a 0 rating. And even the Head Office does not help

Avoid Strijdom Park VW. Very bad customer service and bad sales man. I Bought a Golf 7 TSI 2018 Comfortline at VW Strijdom Park Randburg. What a bad buy it was indeed with endless problems and they dont want to own up to it. When i drove the car on the highway the steering wheel was not straight so i had to try keep the car on the road. The tyres was worn off they just applied alot of tyre shine on their cars so that customers don't see how old these tyres are. The Brake discs were very rusted and old. I took the car back to the dealership and they refused to change the tyres and replace the brake discs and also the steering wheel defect, i have mentioned all the repairs that need to be done on the car before i signed anything, and yet they still mad me the liar. Such bul****ters! I demanded the sale to be cancelled and they started with all their threats about Legal Action will be taken against me and i dont have any valid reasons to cancel. Please be very careful when buying cars from this dealership. Be more careful who deals with your sale avoid these people (Allan Stiles, Godfrey Ma***ane )

Received the worst service from Robert Stassen, Gareth O'Tool and Marvan Van Zyl from Reeds N1 City.Wanted to purchase a Golf 7 R from their used cars. I was assured the vehicle was in good condition only a sunroof clip needed replacement and vehicle needed a valet.Asked Robert when I can book my flights to collect the vehicle and he advised Wednesday. Arrived at the airport at 10am and I get a WhatsApp message that the vehicle is not ready. He tells me the vehicle is at Leather Tek to replace the sunroof clip or shade and that parts arrived late and he was not in yesterday etc.I explain that now I am stranded at the airport and will need to hire a car. Anyway, now that i have the hired vehicle, I went to Leather Tek to check and inspect the vehicle only to find that the front bumper and fenders have been previously repaired and a poor repair job was done. Bumper was sprayed badly and blended into the fenders and fish eyes in the finish.This could have been disclosed to me before booking flights from Johannesburg and accommodation. Spoke to both Robert and Gareth who were both very unhelpful as well as the dealer principle but made no difference discussing it with them.Ended up cancelling the deal as vehicle was not as described and incurred flights, accommodation, car hire and return flight costs which added up to over R8000. Stay away from this dealership. Very unprofessional.I have not received any communication from the dealer whatsoever since the incident and will be taking this matter further.

I have been to VW Strijdom Park and Williams Hunt Roodepoort, both CFAO dealerships, it is by far the worst service I have received. VW did not inspect and replace my brake pads and discs, despite being under warranty, and the guard made inappropriate comments to my sister. The dealer principle ignored my enquiries.Williams Hunt broke the side mirror on my vehicle, and damaged the seal when replacing the cabin filter resulting in water entering the vehicle when it rains.

Customer reviews don't lie... clearly CFAO Motors are too big and arrogant to care about the clients keeping them in business. They proudly own SO many dealrships but their phone lines don't even work!! Or are they hiding? When you try to contact them, they simply refer you back to same incompetent and unethical dealership where your complaint originated! #PATHETIC - Put your name on your dealerships so that the public know who they are dealing with!Why would you ask me to send details to info@cfao if you have the details alreasy? Been there, done that!

IC Nissan AUTO Kempton ParkSuper bad service, my sister bought a new vehicle yesterday and the car is already giving hassles. My dad is there know having to wait for assistance and all he is being told is that every one is in a meeting. I had the same problem with a Unitrans owned company earlier this year. Maybe Brynn Stephenson himself needs to visit the dealership. Shocking

I bought a used Astra from IC Auto Kemptonpark (a CFAO Dealer), in March/April, and it turned out to be the worst nightmare I've ever had... The car has been going in & out of Williams Hunt Edenvale (another CFAO Dealer) workshop ever since I have collected it. As I type this, it's been there for almost two months straight now, as it went back beginning of July. I haven't even received a clear answer on how this has affected the six months guarantee" period
