They charge upfront for a diagnostic or analysis on your Renault around R1000 just to look what they (the experts) suggest the problem can be. But twice now the outcome on two different faults were incorrect. Seems like they don't know their own products that they sell to the public. Rather embarrassing I'd say

Since buying my vehicle brand new i could only manage to make 1 appointment for service and that was the first one. With that being said the only service that i was able to book with them wasn’t as expected. The lady at the entrance was very friendly and helpful but the person at service/parts department not. I was told my vehicle didn’t have a service book and i needed to buy one before they can stamp it. I waited an hour before being helped (only one in line) and after the whole ordeal when i got my car the service book was in the cabinet as told. So bought a service book for nothing luckily wasn’t that much just pathetic i had to wait so long for one as no one was at the service/parts department and the person that helped me first did a lot of other things before even greeting me. With the second and third i could not get ahold of service department at all. I called then gets answered by a friendly lady then gets transferred to service/parts department then phone rings about 4 times and then completely gets cuts off. And this happened with both my attempts of booking a second and third service. I tried 5+ times the lady at the front desk probably got so sick of my calls she started expecting them after the third one. (Keep in mind this happened months apart). Luckily i got great service from the Vereeniging department. And started booking with them ever since. However I damaged one of my wheel caps and tried to call the Vanderbijlpark parts department again for a quote. Guess what? Exactly the same as when i tried to book a service. Keeps ringing with no answer. The staff at the front desk and the mechanics at back is very helpful but whoever works at the parts/service department either needs extra help or needs to be replaced. This is 3 unsuccessful attempts i had at doing business here . Phone call after phone call. Hours apart. Months apart. No success.

Warm welcome from work shop and front desk,they are transparant,my appointment was 7h00 but 6h55 I was there thought I am early they were already opened I didn't have to wait for 7h00,I was a happy customer and I was delivered to work and no charges paid
