Convenient but machines can do with a service and some staff needs some training in customer service.

The ill mannered staff at this place never fail to disappoint when dealing with them. I stopped going and now dropped off laundry after a long time. When i asked because of my past experience if thr collection time is definite, they look at me and made a comment in xhosa dismissing me not knowing i understand very well.Those 2 ladies are disgusting with their customer service. The owners are good pple. Pity about their staff.

I use the self service, the machines is always clean but you need to either go early morning or late at night because during the day the staff is doing the washing of the ppl that drops off and collects then all the machines are busy. Enjoy the early morning, then I get the fresh morning air in while waiting for my washing to finish. They open at 6am.

Am currently at the Langverwatcht branch, used Snapscan and Zapper on one machine and it's not registering the payments. Two machines worked, that machine must be faulty. I can't use any other machine because one person is using 6 machines. No answer on the numbers provided. How will I get my refund?Update : Thank you Lee for your prompt response and this on a Sunday. No fuss refund received at the branch. Great service and great after service.

Very disappointed, I've made use of this laundry service twice already, so the 1st time I called they said I can drop off at or before 11am if I want to pick up same dayThe 2nd time also dropped some laundry and was really satisfiedThis morning however I called repeatedly, no answer, it was 10h30, I get it maybe they were busy, 10h40 I was there to drop off, they said I can't pick it up the same day, so I said ok it's OK for next day pick up, but as I left I heard one of the ladies say yoh,Dear ladies it's not that I was late for drop, but your attitude towards me made me reconsider dropping laundry there again

Must upgrade the laundry services at least have coffee n biscuits to sell
