Awesome service and very efficient, they never disappoint as I have been using them for more than 3 years and each time they're still consistent even when you call for qoutes.

I went to check my brake pads before a long trip knowing very well that I still have some more mileage in them. I was told that both my front and rear brake pads are finished and need immediate attention. I told the guy who was helping at the time that it's fine I will buy the pads at Toyota (he even tried to convince me to buy their pads and that Toyota also buys from them) but eventually didn't do that becouse there was no need. I drove to Cape Town with my finished brake pads" and then two days later after arriving in cape Town. I sent my car for a normal service at Toyota Barloworld and I specifically asked them to check my brake pads. When I went to fetch my car I was told that my front and back brake pads are 50% and 75% functional consecutively. I now wonder how many other people are being ripped off like this

Very good, efficient service!

Not impressed at all. Was told they do a full suspension check. I informed them that the car makes a noise when turn and explained what it sounds like. I was informed that it's fine they will be able to tell me what's wrong. The guy did his checks and then informs me that my suspension is fine. Not only did they waste my time but the still charged me for something that they could not tell me what's wrong. I now still have to take it somewhere else who know how to check. On that note I will not go back and advise you not to waste your time in getting your suspension checked there.
