It’s been 2 weeks since I moved in this flat I got via JustProperty. When I moved in taps were leaking, even worse when geyser is switched on.I have reported this numerous times and I’m still seating with those leaking taps and can’t use the geyser.It’s been 2 weeks and there’s no sense of urgency in trying to resolve this issue from both maintenance and the landlord.Anyone with any advise on how I can go about escalating this matter please advise. I’ll be expected to pay full rent at the end of this month and the water bill.It’s been very frustrating!

Very poor service, I really regret choosing them to manage my property. Tenant will pay and they will say tenant didn't pay. You will write lots of emails before you get your rental fee. You will have to calculate properly coz if not they won't deposit your 100% funds.I'm paying my agent commission fee plus managing fee. I really regret my decision

Just property is full oh crooks, they do not honour their regulations and rental agreements, i had to start a war with them to get my deposit back. I wouldn’t want to do business with them especially buying or renting anything that has their name on it.

Good dayThis was my worst rental experience i have ever hadI would strongly recommend you make use of any other rental agencyI leased a pet friendly property with said company at my own expense i had to fix the wired fence amounting to almost 3000 out of my own pocketBefore i signed the lease i agree to take the property if the fence and front palisade will be fixed to which the landlord agreedA year went passed and one of my pets went missing so when it was time to renew my lease after its expiration i stated to the agent that i do not wish to renew the lease as none of the commitmenta where forfulledI got married in December and was not even at the premises for two months and returned in January to find my electricy cut and 6000 rand worth of food down the drainThier agent assisted me in looking for a new property and i was informed now i need to pay two months notice... I was assured they will do their best to accommodate me in finding a new tenant for the the residence they did not even advertise the propertySo In short if you are in the mood for no service letters from lawyers and to loose lot of your money please use themThat said i complied with all their demands and payed them what they demandedLoosing a total amount of almost R20 000 for a property i did not occupy for three months and no compassion was showed for the losses i faced ... As long as you pay your bills no service is given dont pay you will get a nice a letter from a lawyerMy advise use remax currently i have no issues service delivery is awesome utilities are constant and what is promised is done

I had the worst experience with just property from the day i was supposed to move in. I found the apartment filthy, they did not clean from the previous tenant and they expected me to move into a filty apartment yet i had paid my deposit a month and a half before, they finally sent a contractor after i had made several calls to them demanding them to clean ASAP, They cleaned as we were moving in.The agent Adrian Smith was ignoring my calls .Now i am calling to report that water flows into the apartment each time it rains and that is damaging our property worse we have to travel for the holidays. The response i am getting is that there is too much rains this year, clear indication that they do not intend to do something at the entrance to try and block the water. This is very depressing and the person on the phone in very rude and increases the stress. The previous tenant(who saw us mopping the water on Wednesday) told me that she had to move because they did not address the issue.This is the worst Estate agency that i have come across in my life. They do not care all they want is rentals for apartments that they do not maintain.

Nightmare company. Run a mile. They only worry about the landlords and give nothing for the tenants. Their properties are filthy and broken. Please rather take your business elsewhere.
