New Trend Panelbeaters

I have been receiving pathetic service from the owner Nick. He installed a pdc unit in my vehicle and numerous times i had to take it back because it was faulty. He does not return calls or answer calls when he sees my number. When i try from different numbers he picks up. I have even sent whatsapp messages with no reply. The front unit is faulty and he does not want to assist. Please do not do any business with Nu Trend. the customer experience is extremely poor and it is sad to treat people with so much disrespect when he get paid for a service. I have even left messages at the workshop but no response. Please all do not put yourself through what i am going through.

Insurance got me to use them because they gave me the cheapest quote. Now my vehicle is worse off than before plus damage they caused so have to take my vehicle to another panel beater to fix there pathetic work. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM!

This place is a great place to take your car to be repaired. They are very friendly and helpful. I have not been disappointed...

Disgraceful service from the owner. He will take you money and make you whistle and treat customers with no respect.Don't ever take your car to New Trend Panel beaters cause then you have to deal with other problems after that.Rating is one star. There should be an option with no star rating for New Trend Panelbeaters

Take your car here if you want to repair your car after they damaged it and dont want to fix it. First issue is they pulled up the head rest so much that it doesnt go back down. This was done when i sent my car in to do the hoodlining. Second issue is when they had to do the drivers side door for rust i came back to find the passengers compartment clip broken so it doesnt close. They kept on saying nobody was working on that side of the car but my car was cleaned and vacuumed when i came back.....They do a check on your car when you leave it there and my compartment was not broken, and the guy that did a precheck on my car did a thorough job to check every scratch and dent that was there.By the look of it these people are untrained and are taking chances with cars and when something breaks be prepared to be frustrated because right now the boss isnt there. You have people who will say im not the boss" and " the boss isnt available and we cant gve you his phone number".In short what this is saying isby leaving your car here we will panel beat what you asked but if we break anything else its not in out priorities to fix it. We will tell you we will fix it but we will never contact you after you left the premises.Make a good decision and take your car to a place where you can trust people will be responsible with it."

Terrible workmanship. They use extremely less/cheap paint such that your car gets a thousand stone chips in a week! They also do not spray in the fine areas of some body panels which makes the car look ugly because of lack of shine in those areas

very rude and disrespectful owner. Gave me pricing on work which needed to be done after him speaking to his employee to see what really needed to be done to do the repair since he was not present when i took the car the first time. Photos were sent to him and he explained in detail what had to be done to justify the pricing of which i asked for a cheaper price which he did agree to ,gave me a price and booking date. When it was time to book the car, he came to the car and looked at it for a couple seconds of which he basically then doubled his price and spoke to me like i was dirt and humiliated me infront of my girlfriend when i questioned why his changing his price when he damn well knew what needed to be done. very arrogant person, it took alot to keep my cool , we then cancelled the repair and took it somewhere else where they did the job to perfection and at half the price.
