Very bad customer service, in fact they don't even deserve a single star we should have a 0 opition, money comes first and customers comes last, I bought a kitchen unit and I was not happy with the assembling, did an exchange and I experienced the same thing even worse they did not deliver what I asked for and I decided to cancel my purchase but now can't get hold of anyone to assist with my refund since I am away from home, I was told when I visited the shop that I need to wait for cash to be available to get my refund but no one is there to assist me as to when I should come.I will never recommend anyone to buy at this branch.
