Brett and his team were absolutely amazing, the day of the event was so relaxed and easy. They fit right into our wedding dinner party seamlessly. His communication prior to the event, the day of and after was spectacular. Both him and his teams professionalism were unmatched, but the food was the real show stopper. My partner and I love to do trust the chef degustation's and really wanted an amazing meal for our wedding night after we eloped. This was easily my favourite meal I have ever eaten. The flavours, the presentation, the portion size was perfect. Our entire party each had a hard time picking a favourite dish as every single one was delicious. We also loved how everything was home made and fresh from their garden. I can not recommend them enough, if you are up in the air for any reason, pull the trigger and book Brett for your event, I promise you will not be disappointed.

Brett Gilbert was highly recommended by a business colleague of ours to privately cater for our work function at the Fairlawn Estate. He certainly did not disappoint. With every dish that landed on the table, all 12 guests were extremely impressed with not only his presentation of dishes but also the textures & flavours. It was such an unforgettable experience for us all so thank you very much Brett!

Wow, what an incredible experience this was. I cannot put in to words how incredible the dishes that Brett created were, I would say easily some of the best food I have eaten. Brett and Ashlee catered for our dinner party for 10. The food choices were excellent and the tastes amazing. Brett & his waiter Nicholas created a home catered experience one would expect from a Gold Plate restaurant. All 11 guests were treated to a 5 course fine dining affair with all the trimmings. Brett clearly takes a great deal of pride in his craft along with being very well organized & responsive in the lead up to the event. The consummate professional.
