Pick 'n Pay

It had most of the items we needed for our holiday at the game park. The place is clean and the fruit and vegetables was fresh and of a good quality. Be aware that there is no single long queue system at the pay points, it took me 30 minutes to get to the pay point. I went shopping on a Monday afternoon at about 16H00 there were 48 people with one or two full trolleys waiting to pay with only four tills open.

Pick 'n Pay Moruleng is in the same Mall with Shoprite Moruleng. Pick 'n Pay is placed in a very civilised village Moruleng in Moses Kotane Municipality. Villagers are now not traveling long distance to the city for groceries. Pick 'n Pay help villagers a lot with high quality products. The shop is surrounded by Platinum Mines, Moruleng Taxi Industry and many Lodges. Doing well economically. Well managed and great staff.

Pretty decent place. It didnt seem like the people there were very friendly. I was ignored flat when asking for help twice. On the other side i did manage to find what i was looking for and checkout was quick

I went there to enquire about an item on my slip that I did not get, actually I asked the teller to void. That was not done but the item was put aside. When I got there, the teller simply said she knew about it, it was too late and the person who suppose to void the item took long. So she let me go knowing that the matter was not settled. I realized when I checked the slip at home.Am just asking myself what if I didn't go through the slip, how many people were treated like that?I asked the manager if she is going to leave the matter just like that and she said she will deal with her later. The manager did not even have the decency to apologize on her behalf. I am disappointed.

Check the drinks you buy. Bought a lucozade, later to find it already open and 3/4 full. Bad bad bad.
