Their drive through servive must be upgraded.it takes alot of time for just one car to get their order because they use only one window to place an order, to pay and also to collect. They must do something about this, it just delays the whole process of the drive through.

It's ridiculous to have a drive thru yet close it off 4 hours before closing time and I fail to understand why a store is scheduled to close at 22h00 or 23h00 yet you arrive at 21h00 you are told no chicken or service
