Terrible service, slow connection, and expensive. Not worth it at all. I would not recommend to anyone. Stay away!! They provide more problem than they do solutions.

If I could have rated Zero I would have, I cannot complain about the service as there is none. I have 2 new installations cant get anything to work. you never get hold of any one on the call centers, they never reply to emails and whats apps and no qualified technical guys to actually get the issues resolved. taken two weeks just to allocate a static IP which still does not work. haven't even gotten around to the phones yet. a Huge Struggle every day to get my issues resolved. Rather contact vox.co.za

Absolutelly useless internet provider, if i could get internet on my farm i would have so imediatelly slow connection speed and if you report it you get told bad weather in Europe at the base station. Please stay away"

Do not bother to try to contact these guys….empty promises, delays, no one answering the phone…think I dodged a bullet, if signing up is this hard, what would the customer support be like?

Absolutely useless service. Can anyone suggest an alternative? My connection goes down for 3 hours a day and I’m paying over R800 a month! I just wish I could get fibre on my farm and be rid of this hopeless company
