Worst service ever, went there to vaccinate 03/02/22 and the nurse took forever chit chatting with a friend inside the clinic room, very unpleasant attitude from her didn't even ask if u can sit for that 10mins so that they can see the reaction or whatsoever I definetly preferred the Glen Marais branch better.

The nurse refused to vaccinate me at 14 weeks pregnant even though my doctor told me to go at 14 weeks. She acted as if I was lying and told me I don't know what this will do to my baby. The pharmacy had already registered me as vaccinated though and now I can't get vaccinated anywhere else. No one there bothers to return my calls to fix this. Absolutely ridiculous.Edit: The nurse contacted me to apologize for this and corrected the situation.

I stopped going to the popular 'chain stores' for medication, far better service here, much friendlier faces and knowledgeable advise. I won't go anywhere else, no standing in slow queues forever. I even had my vaccine here, and received a helpful care pack with it. Best service in my opinion.

I needed to get a vaccination and I made an appointment with a pharmacy through their call centre only be told when I got there that they didn't have the vaccine in stock. I then took my chances on Van Heerden Pharmacy and was pleasantly surprised to find that they had the vaccine. I managed to even have their Sister administer the medication. It was quick, efficient and very friendly staff.
