Staff who answer the phone need to learn how to do their job. called up to enquire whether we need to book for the open session at 12.30pm to be told no, no need to book, just come in down. turned up and wasn't allowed in as we didn't book. My children were so excited about coming, they were in tears, lady at reception didn't apologise to my children for making them cry. Will never come back to this place again!

I took my children to the vacation program days a few times over the holidays. They love it. There's so much to do and great value for money. Will be going again in the next school holidays.

So I called last year and they said it was 17 dollars a lesson. Plus joining fee. Now I find out they've gone insane with their pricing and it's now 100 dollars a month for once a week plus annual fee, plus start up fee. Absolutely disappointed that is ridiculous. Definitely won't be joining.

We had our 11 year old daughter in here for around 15 months.She has learned very little in the way of gymnastics and struggles to perform basic moves .My opinion of the club is that the class was not intense enough and has no real structure , it seemed more like a play session than a gymnastics lesson.Looking around the club there is no doubt there is some serious talent there and it is a well run establishment , i just feel that the recreational side of the club needs to be be run better .

My autistic son has been having special needs 1:1 sessions at High flyers for the last few months and he loves it. The coach Pasha is so patient with him. He goes through proper technique and I can see the improvement since starting. Our previous experience at a gymnastics club was dreadful, the coaches didn't understand autism and consequently we didn't get anything out of the lessons except him running rampant for 45min. I would definitely recommend them.

Homeschool program is poorly ran and structured. Not inclusive for all ages and abilities. Owners lack communication skills and the ability to take on any feedback from members. Owners also don’t respond to emails or answer the phone. Definitely would NOT recommend this business or program for anyone looking for a homeschool gymnastic experience for their children.

This is just my kids experienced (5 and 7 years old). So I booked for school holiday for open session (2 hours). We never been, I think after 15 mins we left. My kids were bored not exactly know what to do or where to begin. There were a lot of kids and I think 3 coaches were busy. I regret paying $25 each for the kids. I just thought we try something different. It's not for everybody.
