Last night we came out to your store for a birthday celebration for my husband.While we were only a table of 6 we were treated as absolute royalty. Nomfundo quickly prepared a table for us and took care of orders with speed and attentiveness. Her service throughout the night was top class and she even organised a birthday celebration for my husband!The food was extremely good. All six of us had superb meals that we are looking forward to enjoying again soon. We were frequently tempted by the incredible waffles passing our table but unfortunately we all devoured our delicious meals and simply had no space to do the waffles justice... but we will return to try again!

Apart from the hostess and the milkshakes being great, everything else about this Roccomamas branch is mediocre at best. The food was standing for atleast 10 mins before being brought to us, after which we complained to the waitress that it's cold. After correcting this, the waitress gave us dirty looks the entire time we ate. This was the most uncomfortable experience we've ever had. Looking at other reviews, there's clearly a pattern with waitresses and their condescending facial expressions after they make a mistake. Not impressed. This is the worst Roccomamas experience by far.

Was very busy but that's cos they just opened. Very popular. I personally really enjoy their chicken burgers and they have a great variety of extras. They might be getting lamb burgers in the future. Made an error with our order but corrected it quickly. They are pricey but very tasty especially the shoe string fries and chicken strips. All the employees were on the ball and there was a lot of staff. I expect the waiting time will improve with time.

Service was poor and not friendly waitress. Food was below average especially for a special meal. Somehow the utensils and cups smelt weird, like a stale smell. It's very disappointing. As soon you finished your meal, you are expected to leave immediately after.
