I've been trying to get a 3 wheel Walker bag (just the bag) from Bianca since January. She does not reply to my gmail's. I even sent her a picture of the Walker. How do you run a business like that?! Update 2019: Bianca finally got hold of me offering a walker bag from London but it was really expensive so I got a new walker elsewhere.

My wife and I recently visited my Sister and Brother-in-law who is an invalid and in extremely poor health. Your company kindly supplied him with a reclining chair to ease his discomfort. We believe that this chair which can be automatically programmed to provided heat and massages etc. cost Discovery health in excess of R24,000. Unfortunately they have not been able to utilise this chair as they have received no training nor have they been given an instruction manual. In an effort to make use of this chair which is standing idle at present my sister who is 78 years of age contacted Bianca for assistance and this is the reply she received and I quote Good Morning
