I own a property in PebbleFalls, which is managed by de lucia group. I just want to say thank de lucia and Vickie Bowie for the way they manage issues, and the transparency at the agm meetings with the minutes they send out, which i never felt the need to attend, because it is transparent, and i havent had any complaints to raise. I will however try to attend the next meeting, to be able to meet and greet. A special thanks to Vickie bowie, that has been seeing me through any maintenance issues that needed attending in my unit, and also how the agm meeting outcomes are transparent with any issues that comes up.

Terrible service from agent esmeralda. Pathetic service is an understatement. Non responsive. Ignorant and arrogant. Don't rent from this company

Friendly and helpfull

I have been complaining of the neighbour's parrot for over a month. It is very loud and wakes me up early which is unfair and plain evil. I have been discriminated against because I'm not an owner and seemingly you only have a say when you own even though the issue faces you. Also I was told that pets aren't allowed when my 3 year old was bitten by the same neighbour's dog NOTHING WAS DONE!! They didn't care. Now magically there's a pet permit. Becareful of signing with De Lucia or renting to a place where they are managing agents. They'll send you pillar to post when you need assistance.
