My go too wool shop with excellent range and stock of wools, tapestry wool, embroidery cottons etc. An amazing range of knitting patterns to browse through. Assistants very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Faith for steering me in the right direction to find the perfect yarn for my sweater.

Talk about an afternoon in Utopia! Not only is this any knitter, crocheter or haberdasher's heavenly place....but you can EVEN buy Turkish Utopia variegated yarn on special! I have discovered a new happy place! The staff are super-helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable - Thank you Fazli, Faith and Leonard - I can't wait to visit again!

to be honest, I felt like I'm a thief in the shop, I buy so much wool at this branch and this is the last time I shop there. The lady at the counter needs to change her attitude and the way she speaks to people is not on for me, you also don't address staff in front of customers it's not cool. You cannot ask a customer if you want a bag after a sale and still tell me it's R2. You expected me to walk out with 4 skeins of yarn, a 2-year-old, and to be ok, be courteous, and kind to your customers you can't shout from behind the counter, just remember your customers pay your salary.this was in your SALT RIVER branch

I really did not have much knowledge about my wool, the texture or my needles. I was so relieved that despite my hesitation initially, as l had to travel a great distance to get there, I really found all that l was looking for. I am excited to say, l shall possibly be going back in the future. The staff were professional and very patient with my questions.
