I have been getting my brows done for years, due to having very full natural bushy brows. But for a first time customer and my very first appointment at Lazerlicious Aesthetic Clinic & Spa for a brow mapping, thread and tint, it was appalling!I walked into the treatment room with two full bushy brows and left with thin unsymmetrical brows; from bad to worse!My entire eyebrow treatment from beginning to end took the therapist at least 25 minutes to complete. Alarm bells should have rung!When I finally saw myself in the mirror, I was horrified. My brows looked worse than what I came into the spa with. The fullness of my untamed brows were gone.In hindsight, I should have told the therapist it was awful but I was so horrified at what she had done that I immediately paid and left.I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received from this establishment.

Very polite and friendly staff. The place is always neat and clean and you can always feel comfortable asking any questions you may have. Highly recommend.
