I chose to take my car in based off of the very positive reviews found on Google, and I'm just about to add another one!I had an issue with my clutch after burning it out due to a heavy load + bumper to bumper traffic, and I was pretty bleak at the thought of needing to replace it (not the cheapest part to be replacing mid Jan). I called in, and Spider was super helpful and sweet! I was ensured that the quote would be affordable and the service/quality of a high standard. Sometimes it's hard to find a good balance between the two. After assessing my car, I was told that it's not as bad as expected, and the kit was sorted. I phoned a few other spots to compare quotes, and Brake Super Service was the most competitive (while still being RMI approved). It was fixed within 24 hrs, and my clutch feels as good as new. I would definitely recommend them!!

I took my Subaru in first thing (8:00) and they took it into the workshop immediately and diagnosed the problem (squeak on front left wheel, when reversing). Turned out to be a seized up lower caliper slide. They fixed this and also checked the brakes on all wheels. They replaced the brake oil. I appreciated it that the supervisor showed my what the problem was and gave me a lesson in how brakes work. Problem solved and brakes much firmer. Cost was very reasonable. I had asked Thorpe in Plumstead (Subaru dealer) to check this problem earlier in the week and they had failed to diagnose it correctly. I could not be more impressed with Brake Superservice.

Awesome service, extremely helpful as they ran me through exactly what they were going to do on the car, staff was welcoming and very accommodating. Definitely would recommend!

Thank you to Spyder and his team. Went in for a check-up and quote, and they were able to pick up a fault on my rear brakes that I was not even aware of. Spyder explained and showed me what the issue was. Friendly service and reasonably priced. (Even offered to source a bolt for my spare wheel). Customer service at it's best! Thanks once again.
