Terrible service! My husband got me 3 bangles in November 2021 for our anniversary and was told I could bring them back to exchange should I wish. When I did this, I was told NO, they don't do exchanges, but will send them them to their workshop / head office. They sent all 3 bangles to the "workshop" and came back with a quote of R800.00 for exchanging 2 bangles for 1!! When I asked for a break down of this quote (3 emails) - no response. It is now January and still nothing and they have my / their bangles and my husbands money!! Will never shop there again. Shocked and disgusted!!!"
