Wonderful service! A small mistake was made with my order (these things happen as we are all human) but what was really important to me is the way in which it was corrected. Within 24 hours of notifying them of the mistake they sent the missing items, no questions asked and at no cost to me. I would highly recommend them as I feel they can be trusted to deliver excellent service and if they make a mistake they will take ownership and correct it.

After much searching all the local (Gauteng) suppliers for solar components/addons like battery disconnect/fuse's etc. I came across SONOR SOLAR, situated in the Western Cape. What a happy experience. I was kept in the loop the complete time after ordering with regards receipt of payment, shipping and then even received a mail checking that the goods arrived safely and in good order moments after receiving the goods. I would recommend SONOP Solar to anyone. Amazing service

Sonop Solar completed our residential solar installation two weeks ago (Cape Town - northern suburbs). The installation took two days and the results are even better than we had expected, effectively taking us off the grid on most days.
