The service was bad, because I asked them to fry my fish again.The fish was dry, after asking them to fry it some more because it was not crispy at all, after initially asking them for a crispy fried fish.

A very unhappy customer. We ordered a family platter with 4 fish and we only received 3. We are a family of 4. Our Onions rings also still had inedible onion skin on them. The cashier, Busi promised to call us back in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I had to call them back, still waiting to eat our dinner and for our proper order. Again I was told that we would get a call back. When I explained that we were waiting to eat, I got a long sigh and then an obliging please hold for the manager". What I expected to hear from the manager

First time visit to this branch. I took the time for this review particularly because of Romeo the manager who was extremely pleasant and customer-centric. The other staff should learn from him. More managers needed like this.
