I came in for an appointment on Thursday the 9th of March. I had a gel pedicure and a spray tan with exfoliation.I would like to express that I have actually been very unimpressed by the quality of the treatments I received.The gel paint on my toes are both uneven and messy, she got gel all over my cuticles and skin so now it looks extremely untidy. So much so that I’m unable to correct it myself as removing it from my skin removes pieces from the edges of the nail gel itself which looks just as bad.My spray tan is extremely blotchy and patchy that it’s embarrassing to walk around with. I specifically came in for a spray tan to be done by a “professional” as I am 7 months pregnant and struggle to reach everywhere to apply my own tan as a usually would. But to be honest it was just a huge waste of money and I would have been better off just attempting it myself.The more unfortunate thing is that I have 2 weddings to attend so I am going to have to try scrub off all the tan and reapply it myself as well as go have my pedicure redone.As a South African who has immigrated overseas, I truly believe that the quality of treatments received were not up to scratch especially for any tourists (of whom I encountered many on my visit to your spa) visiting South Africa, and to be honest just embarrassing that this is the quality a “reputable” spa chain would send their clients away with.

The lady handles the baby so gentle, I like how she sings and communicate with the baby. the facilities are nice and clean.. The staff members are so friendly. I highly recommend this place.

We booked the serenity package, venue and location is great. Massages were good, rasul experience was fantastic and therapists were good. However, we had the luxury suite for the entire session, the last hour we could spend in the jacuzzi and during this time, someone opened the door. Very unprofessional as they said they will knock when our time is up, we still had 20 minutes left. Lunch was horrible, sushi was warm!

The spa is one of the finest in Johannesburg it’s tranquil breathtaking the ambience is subtle and relaxing interior to perfection the therapist really do an amazing treatment u really feel relaxed n well taken care of a place of pure relaxation However there are a few minor issues such as the reception area the ladies infront are really not welcoming at all also another major issue was allowing transgenders males into the ladies private bathroom my sister in law and I were really uncomfortable with the situation. And felt out privacy was violated

Very nice decor, atmosphere and facilities. One of the best spas I've been to in Johannesburg. Free nespresso coffee and other drinks are offered. The pool area is lovely to relax and unwind. The Swiss shower and steam room add to a great experience. My Swedish massage was good. My pedicure was not as great - my nails werent buffed nor filed which I thought was very weird. Other than that, I had a great time and will be back.

I’m yet to be disappointed at this spa. It’s always such a treat! Most recently: Gabriella was prompt and helpful via WhatsApp when my making booking. Deborah was my therapist- so friendly and such a lovely energy. Nomy did my nails and was also amazing to chat to. Well done team! Thank you for the spoil!

My first spa experience today! Wow! Deborah was my therapist, she was incredible just the right amount of pressure. Facilities are super clean, staff very friendly and the food is just great! Can’t wait to go back!!!!

If you need to wind down and relax, this is your spot. They are usually fully booked up to 2 weeks in advance and especially on weekends. But if you manage to swipe a booking, it's so worth it. The staff are friendly and skilled at what they do. Loved the experience.

Booked a full body massage at Life day spa and the arms were not massaged. Did not feel welcome at all.The service is poor .Seems like you don't need the business! Very disappointed.
