The staff are thorough but not overly pushy when assessing which tyres need replacement. Their prices seem reasonable. They have a lounge with complimentary coffee and water as well as work space while you wait.

Not bad at all considering i got there 15 minutes before closing time on a saturday and a long weekend.9 out of 10 for good service...one point deducted because they couldn't do the wheel alignment ...ran out of closing time....but its ok will see them on Monday again to get it done. Maybe 2 more tyres at rear too..Front 2 fitted today on my bakkie.

I must say, gotta give credit where credit is due. I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent service I received from all the staff involved. It's so nice to be treated with utmost respect, to see staff who take client service very serious and are ambassadors to the company they work for. Belinda was very helpful and efficient from the start when getting telephonic quotes, up to booking the car in at short notice. The workstation areas are awesome, and allows you to do what you need without affecting your work day too much. Coffee and water bar is an added bonus. Will definitely be using them again.
