This is the greatest postnet. The team here are so friendly and helpful. Lock helped me, and he was so swift. I rocked up with 8 large boxes at 16:00, and they got it sorted in 25 min, in time for collection.Superb!!!!

WHY do you keep sending parcels to the incorrect branch??WHY after you advised you will re route the parcel to the correct branch does it still get delivered to the incorrect branch??WHY are you not answering your phone??I have been receiving the POOREST of service from this branch, please visit another branch if you expect any service at all.These guys have no idea what they are doing and they dont care about customer service whatsoever!If I could give zero stars, I would.....

Sadly worst experience I‘ve ever had with a post office.Even though the guy at the counter was very polite, it was simply impossible for us to send out any of our packages, because no matter what the packages contained, he told us that the contents would cause problems. Never did we have any problems like this before when sending packages international.And not only that.We wanted to send four postcards from here to europe and they wanted to charge us 2140 Rand! This is just straight up insane.

Contact lenses sent from Johannesburg on Wednesday arrived on Thursday the 20th and no notification sent. Phoned today Saturday could hardly hear me cause the radio was on so loud. No apologies and I’m paying R185 for this shoddy service!!! I want my money back!!!

Unfortunately my experience with this vendor was exceptionally poor. I had a telephonic quote for a parcel delivery cost. When going to pay they changed the price no amount of discussion was able to resolve the matter.Customer service was poor in general and the matter poorly handled. Staff do not seem well trained to assist with matters outside of the norm or deal with complaints.If using the service please be very aware of potential issues.
