Bought a Laptop online. Was entrusted to them for overnight from Durban to Worcester. Should have been 48 hours maximum. 16 Nov 22 shipped. It is now 24 November 2022. No response to e-mails. Phones ring for hours. Was promised delivery today. NOTHING. Tracking reference GOB70019669

They will try to deliver your parcel to the wrong address, obviously won’t reach or get a hold of you, then return the parcel without phoning you to make sure they were at the right place or figure out why they can’t get a hold of you. Their number provided does not even exist. Pathetic.

I have been waiting for my parcel for almost two weeks now. It's with them. The driver called me and agreed he will deliver next day. The next day I called him the other driver answered and told me he had no idea where the parcel is at. They are ignoring me on whatsapp. Pathetic!! Till today nothing!
