Had polygel nails done by Corletta,.A week and a half nails were falling off and lifting.When I went to complain and get them off ,The lady Corletta has the nerve to tell me it's normal thats how long fhey last..As if it's my first time doing nails ,how condescending. ANYWAY they refused to help saying ghey were fully booked. YET 3 OF THEM SITTING AT RECEPTION. ALL I wanted was a soak off

Colletta was very rude. She kept me waiting for 15 min with no explanation then wasn't even apologetic about it. Then made me feel like an idiot for not understanding the different polygel treatments. She also kept speaking in her language and shouting across the room very unprofessional.A week in and my nails were already popping off very disappointed.

Had my nails done last week and in less than a week they were falling off done by Annie(Sethabile) lady with short hair ,I called in calmly to let them know they said I should come through to get them fixed. On arrival you could hear the giggles and comments from them saying being a black person ,they then continued in their langue.she fixed the 3 that had fallen off ,I asked her to check the others and she just applied glue on them,I can guarantee they will fall off by tomorrow.the worst experience ever!!
