Awesome views, beautiful sunsets, the best braais, a great host and enough activities to enjoy yourself for weeks is how I would like to describe my stay at the rainforest ridge. Would have given more stars if I could! Keep up the good work!

My family stayed here for 3 days during our garden route trip. This is not a luxury lodge but more of a rustic Eco lodge. The host is amazing and helpful and took us on private guided hikes and trips to local areas. Each morning we had a great catered breakfast. We stayed in a house that was sprawling with enough beds to fit our group of 11 comfortably. It's got a beautiful view of sunrise over a Valley from the deck. The highlight of the event was the pack of 5 friendly dogs that adopted my kids during our stay here. Ask the host to take you on a hike down to the beach with the arch rocks. Absolutely fantastic! We spent the weekend at Rainforest Ridge, using both the lodging and the newly renovated venue for a themed birthday party, it was honestly incredible! The rustic nature of the venue was beautiful with amazing panoramic views over the gorge below. Ben (and his dogs) went out of his way to accommodate our large group (15 persons), looking after our every need. I would definitely recommend Rainforest Ridge for a relaxed getaway or as a party-venue.

We had a fantastic 2 days at Ben's. The highlight was the hike to the river below where you could swim and chill. Ben is a relaxed man with 5 very friendly dogs. The cottage was spacious and equipped with everything. The view from the balcony is unbeatable.... In the morning with sunrise and at night the stars were bright and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

Absolutely stunning panoramic views of the gorge here. Ben is a gem and an outstanding host.Room was very cozy and clean. We stayed for a couple of weeks and were provided with clean sheets every other day.

we spend 2 days in ben's farm. and i think this is my favorite place in south africa. i want to come back everyday and i think this place owns 300 stars and not only 5

Quiet, Peaceful, Beautiful and Memorable! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here with about 16-17 others! Will 100% be back. Thanks to Ben and Staff for making my stay in ZA one to remember! Cheers!
