This is the Walk-In centre. The general public is allowed. The queue can be short in size but the wait can be long. This is because the office is not well staffed, but also, they have to spend a lot of time. S explaining to the customers who are often old and some slightly frail. I'd advise one to take a book with or make sure your phone is fully charged as the wait can be long depending on the time of day.
