The food on offer is a little different to standard establishments (Read Nicer). Most are based on items baked in house. Lovely bread and treats also available, try the ginger beer and ginger cookies.

It is such a lovely and peaceful place! On our roadtrip we spent more than three hours there with the kids. Just relaxing, having a light lunch and some delicious brownies, talking to people, marveling at all the handmade crafts and eventually buying some food we needed. The children had lots of fun on the lawn with the outdoor toys and the animal's (alpacas, geese and fluffy chickens) you can feed there.We'd love to come back if our way brings us back to South Africa.

Hidden gem along the N2 highway enroute to Sedgefield (traveling from Wilderness). Tranquility and relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff. Various handcrafted items on sale. Fresh produce as well as freshly baked bread available. Had a delicious breakfast and coffee. Prices affordable. Well worth a visit.

Small bakery with a restaurant. Farm animals and beautiful trees. There is games for children to play with. We had a brownie, which was lovely.

Wonderfully peaceful, nestled amidst towering pines and surrounded by lush, well-tended gardens. The grounds alone are worth the visit but the baked goods and friendly staff make the experience exceptional.

What a hidden gem. We stopped for coffee and a small bite to eat. The salami and mozerella toasted sandwich was excellent and tasty. The carrot cake rich and most. The icing was super yum. We end up ordering seconds as it was so delicious! Our kids had a blast playing with the large jenga blocks. We also fed Echt and Leum, the two alcapas and the geese. (R20 for a bag with feed for them).The shop itself was interesting. Not my cup of tea,but there is definitely a market for the products. The bakery items looked lovely. I've heard that the brownies are excellent and I regret not buying one for takeaway. But this is more reason to visit again.

The bakery/restaurant is located in a lovely quiet spot just off the N2. We had the Loaded Croissant and Eggs Benedict, with Milk Tart and Cheesecake for dessert- everything was delicious. Their flat white and hot chocolate was also very good. Will definitely visit again!
