Non-existant service. Walked into an empty shop. Then the shop assistant walked in and didn't bother to greet. He proceeded to go behind the counter and act busy. I stood by the counter thinking I'd get assistance but I was still not helped. I ended up leaving.

I bought some sweet meet on 3rd January..wasn't fresh at all.The guy behind the counter was rude and was busy on his phone..pathetic customer service.

We bought a tub of biscuits in Ramadan I asked the lady which of her biscuits are pure butter biscuits she said their brand is pure butter biscuits. To only find out it was a lie, the biscuits weren't even close to butter biscuits you could taste the cheap margarine. Why lie to your customers, especially in Ramadan???I I am really disappointed in the service we even bought burfee that tasted very weird will never bother purchasing from here again!

Disappointed .Purchased jalebi and a cake the jalebi was stale and the cake was stale with mold forming .How can you sell this to someone
