Worst experience of bad service ever received. The staff does not have good customer service at all. Clients are made to wait outside standing for hours, only to be serviced with very bad attitude when they finally enter the store.The employees arrogance and don't care attitude is completely disgusting and what's worse this is the only DSTV multichoice center servicing the entire Sedibeng Municipality area

Very slow service,customer service very poor,u wait on the line for 2 hrs only to be told to come back in few days and when u come back u going back to that long line. They can't advise u on anything,I also noticed that they think they r in charge and will do anything to show u that.... the only time I got help there was when I was assisted by a lady called Joyce, she's been there for a long time and think she has a good customer relations attitude..... I'm going there again on Thursday and if I do t get helped,multichoice must come down hard on them.

Although the queue was slow-moving, the staff attended the patrons on the outside while waiting to be served inside. I think they should hire more staff. They really try. We were assisted with kindness.
