Stoneridge Car Wash

Would give 0 stars if possible.Horrible Service and can’t even clean a car. This is the 4th time I have had a horrible experience with this place.Would not recommend them to anyone, if you want is clean car you are better off cleaning it yourself or having a toddler do it.

worst experience ever, even went to report to the male manager and HE WAS SO RUDE! Car bearly washed, interior dusty, no hooving done had to beg for it. when we complained the manager asked if it was a money issue or service issue:". WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH."

It use to be one of the best car washes in the area. Not anymore though. Most people only still use it because of the convenience of the mall thats its situated in. They couldn't care less about your car, better off spraying your vehicle down with a garden hose.

I rate it a 0 my car had stains and the inside was still dirty. Stay away from this car wash

The inconsistency of carpet washing service prices is horrible. I have always been charged R200 for a medium sized wash, I went back they charged me R400. It’s so ridiculous!!!!

Great service.Busy place but I think it's value for your money at 90 rands for a premium wash i think it was called.Waiting area also alright, wish they had some nice wings hahaha would have fit the mood.

I used to love using this car wash but over recent months they have become so busy that I have found I leave them, after having my car washed, not as chuffed as I used to be. Areas in and around the vehicle have been missed or skipped and they are in obvious areas that should have been cleaned. Their waiting area is also now too small to accommodate patrons that are waiting for their cars to be finished. 1 year ago I would have given 5 stars but sadly their service excellence has dropped and therefore so does my rating.

I’ve just got home and noticed multiple scratches all over my car. The inside of the car is still dusty and there were smudge marks on the interior and exterior. Extremely poor service. I will not be taking my car to this place again and if you care about your car I suggest you do the same.

The check in" was easy

Took a newly bought car to this place and what a disgrace! Mucked up the gear cover pushed it so far in its loose.Sand on the windows, greasy interior and over all seemed like they used a feather duster to dust the car.So many missed spots. The only thing that was cleaned properly was the rear view mirror so tops for that. Who knew it would cost R120 for a little mirror to be cleaned and damaging something that doesn’t belong to you.This place should be closed down, an absolute excuse for a car wash - no pride in what they do.We complained about damages instead of assisting and taking responsibility two of the workers came into the car leaning over my partner while in the drivers seat to check how they damaged the gear cover and had nothing to say but mumble… Unacceptable! What a shameful business you’re running.
