McDonald's Belhar Drive-Thru
Over the course of my previous few visits to this establishment, I have been shocked by the service I have received.On all of the occasions, I have had to wait for long periods of time in order to receive my orders, despite there being scarcely any customers.I’ve noticed that it seems the establishment is majorly understaffed, and I feel this may be contributing to these extended waiting times.

McDonald's Belhar Drive-Thru
I decided to try out their cookies and cream ice coffee. They weren't shy with the fake cream and it was tasty. The wait to be served and to receive my drink was rather long. Then again the queue at the drive thru was also rather long that's why I decided to park and go inside but the wait was just as long.

Very awful experience. They didn't allow us to buy through drive in either inside. They opened the window for us to buy only. I bought some burgers, foldover and a happy meal, but they never serve chips in the happy meal. My little one was very disappointed.

04/02/2023 @ 21:20I was in the drive through section and it was quite a long wait.One customer was helped by walking by foot. Not in her vehicle like the rest of us.Front till was apparently closed.She jumped the queue and McDonald's are staff assisting her without telling the rest of us what's going on.Like the rest of us, she was supposed to get in her vehicle and queue like the rest of us.I was very disturbed by this and addressed it. Very bad service McDonald's, please stay consistent and treat everyone equally!

Pathetic service, waited in store for over 45 minutes for our order, when clients complain these rude cashiers and staff members laugh and mock the clients,We use this McDonald's for convenience but every single time you provide a very bad experience.This will definitely be my last time, how can someone spend R198 and get bad service,Absolutely pathetic, I don't think I will ever eat here again

Ok ordered a McDonalds Grand chicken meal I paid for a grand Chicken Classic.I received a Mcchicken sandwich with wilted lettuce and so little sauce all this on a Grand chicken bun. I know the Grand chicken comes with a chicken fillet burger not this non sense you gave me. Never visiting this store again. What rubbish are you serving the customers.

I was there on Saturday,service is horrible. Not only did I have to use the drive-thru because they were short of staff but I waited in line for 30mins for a milkshake and I want to place my order and the lady just said no shakes. How is this even called customer service. I get to the window and ask for the manager and there was no store manager. I drove away very frustrated and disappointed as this is the closest Mc Donalds to where I stay. I will never ever be using this mc donalds again.

My order went through at 15h05. I went up to the counter twice to ask how long my meal was going to take. I was told to wait. Three staff members were having lunch at this time. The food eventually arrived at 15h30 a 25 minute wait. I probably won't come to this branch anytime soon. Service not great.
