Helpful staff. Good variety of products. Good amount of parking. They were giving free popcorn to the kids of shoppers the day we went. Made shopping so much easier.

Twice in a row, the worst service ever.1.Try and return something under warranty and you'll hit stumbling block after stumbling block.2. Paid for something, to collect 2 days later, to be told it was charged under the wrong code and wrong price and they don't have the correct one either.

They have a fairly big shopping floor area, & extended shopping hours ( usually up to 1800hrs, during weekday. Presence of colourful garden plants for sale, in their annex- store is a bonus.They have been in the business of selling building materials for a long time. On top of that, they have now ventured into renting out scaffolds, in partnership with Talisman propriety, and all this is done under one roof , which is all very convenient.

Sad state of affairs, when male workers refuse to assist customers and a then a lady staff member has to physically strain herself to load 4 x 40kg bags of concrete mix onto a trolly. When she requested assistance he replied that he will not help, as it is not his job to do it, she then had to load it into customers vehicle as well. A Manageress was informed about the incident, and security at front door witnessed the whole incident. - 5 stars to the lady and the other staff member that helped her, but disgusting behaviour of male staff member involved.

Worst experience ever........ 2 hrs to buy 3 pieces of wood, pathetic.Wanted to buy a Bosch PFS 5000 Spray gun, asked the assistant if it is able to spray wall textured paint. One mentioned i need to thin it down the other wanted me to look at Youtube movies in the shop to see if they mentioned the textured paint, that could've taken more time. Bought 50x76x4.8m timber. Chaps at the store want to give me 38x38mm timber......eventually found the right size, but then the length was 4.2m not 4.8m. Go back to the tills to get a refund they said.....so more time wasted at the tills, only to find that now i had to pay more to receive a shorter piece of timber....Needless to say, i will never set foot in the shop again :(

Same old, same old, been in one, been in them all. You walk-in and don't expect help or service, find what you want and pay but expect the price to be different at the till to the shelf price. Pay and walk out
