called me in to assist me when i was stranded, drove there and their ladies on the desk gave attitude and still did not assist me. better if they did let me know not come coz they would not be able to assist but they said i must come through waisted my precious time. weak attitude.

Well he fixed our vehicle. This was done via our mechanic, so dis not have other contact but not having direct contact and my car standing there longer than planned due to insurance delays. I used my tracker to find my vejicle to ask if I can just perhaps get my childs car seat out of the car... The guy was out busy with vehicles and washing vehicles and very rudely informed me that I should have phoned and that it is very irritating for them to be bothered on weekends...... As if I was such an inconvenience just for 5min of his time to get MY property... When I explained that I did not have his number I was also abruptly asked who gave you the address?" as if I am not supposed to know where my vehicle is either... I left there being very upset and just due to that will never be sending my vehicle there.. People skills in a job is a BIG thing..."

Rudi does not know how to fix our problem on our BMW.We bought very expensive part that he said will be the problem. After 3 attempts, the car drives for 200km and brakes down again on same problem.Still today after R30 000 of money spend on car it is still not moving.We did and Payed Rudi in full after towing our car 2 times.Rudi is to buzy to talk to old customers and only to new ones.
