The reception was poor, seemed to me like color of our skin still gives some people a right to judge you and treat you otherwise. Let's just say I'm never going back there again

I didn't have such s great experience here. I had a problem with the trailer lights snd just needed someone to tell me is the problem on my car plug or on the trailer, but the lady greeting the customers was very rude and not helpful at all. She told me she is very busy and under staffed she can help me in 2 weeks. Really??? I just wanted to know if I should buy a new plug
