What a bad experience I had at incredible connection Mall @ Carnival.. I am not happy

Staff don't pay attention to their walk-in customersHad to shout out loud to ask for helpDidn't receive any apology- they need to pick up on their customer service skills!

The gentleman on duty was such a nice person, helped me to find what I was looking for with a smile.When I went to the counter to pay, the two ladies on duty were busy and seemed so preoccupied with their own conversations that they did not notice me.The gentleman who helped me find what I was looking for eventually left the floor to come and help me too pay.Love the store as they stock most items I need, but was not very impressed with this visit.

Trying to call this branch is futile. 4 times today, multiple times on other days. They just never answer the phone. Have to go into the branch to get feedback. Just to find out my item not yet ready. Time and fuel wasted because they don't answer the phone!

The attendant Floyd is the bestEveryone actually is the best because they pay attention to the customer.

Came into the store on a Friday afternoon. All employees were sitting. 4 in the front. Mybhusband greeted them and asked who will help us. All employees remain seated. One busy with a phone said he will help now. My husbamd said but you are busy with your phone. Apparently he was charging a non employees phone. All employees remain seated even when my husband aaked to speak to the manager. Utterly rubbish service. No respect for customers.
