Exclusive Vet cc

I would've given this store a higher rating if it weren't brought to my attention that management does not 'allow' their customers to take photos in their store (I was taking photos so that my Boyfriend - who could not be there - and I could decide on which item we should get from them). When I asked why I wasn't allowed to take photos, I was told that it is because people will then compare prices etc. Now, I understand this at certain clothing stores or where someone has created something brand new, not a pet store where you can find the same items in most other places.The reason this concerns me is because clearly they do not have a good enough business model that can compare with other stores.If I'm not allowed to compare prices, then I am lead to believe that they do not have competitive prices and that I would be better off travelling somewhere else. Very disappointed

Terrible service ... got told i never bought the food i bought there on more than 10 occassions ... Nomsa was rude ... failed to give me her name or the atores email address ... told me to find it on line myself when there is none. Employees like this deserve to lose their jobs ... certainly wont be giving them my pateonage again when there are three other stores within 5 km

The name is super deceiving. Not a vet and neither do they sell veterinary diet food. Thank god for the vet clinic around the corner or it would have been a waste of a trip.It only states “vet care store” on the signage but not anywhere else.

Great pet shop! Always shop here for my pets. Great variety of food as well.

Most useless experience on the phone. They have no idea what I was talking about and couldn’t help in any way.

Generally get what I require here and good assistance.

Staff are extremely helpful and the shop is well stocked.
