They did not put a beef patty on my beef burger and refused replacement or refund.Note just placing our order took about 10 minutes as our waiter/server was undoubtedly under the influence of some sort of substances. His eyes were bloodshot and he couldn’t comprehend simple English sentences and did all sorts of funny dances and noises just trying to type in our order. I’ve honestly never felt so uncomfortable in my life

Very bad service.Extremely rude and unprofessional stuff, something needs to be do very quickly. They take forever to hand over the food to ubereats drivers when the food has been long ready and on the counter. When you ask them to assist they tell you they are busy with a very bad attitude. The disrespect is just on another level. Ubereats customers are not prioritize as though they did not pay for the food. The driver picking up the food on behalf of the customer under ubereats should be treated as important as a customer, afterall they paid for the food. If they don't want to be dealing with ubereats they should just close the app and hand over the machines. What's the point of keeping it and then make your customers wait for the food that is long ready and probably getting cold on the counter. They need to learn to manage the place better, and have atleast one person dealing with takeaways. The attitude towards the ubereats drivers is just terrible. Customers shouldn't be surprised if they get their food hours late.

I ordered a bacon and cheese burger tonight. I found a piece of plastic in my food. How disgusting is this. What if a small child had to eat this. I am so disgusted. It truly shows what happens in the kitchen behind the scenes.

I got the worse service from Charity, don't know whether she's the manager or supervisor, I bought quarter chicken and chips and was charged R65.90 instead of R49.90, when I asked for the amount to be changed, Charity didn't even want to reason with me, she just cane from the back and told me she's giving my money back, she has always been rude customers. She does not deserve to work with people.

Edit: Downgraded rating: Steers Midstream could not delivery to my house less than 5km away because security at Ridge Estate apparently asks for too much documentation". Strangely no other delivery service i.e. UberEats

Ordered off Mr.D and to be honest this is the worst steers I have ever had. You can see no pride or care was taken when our meal was prepared. Bread was hard, tomatoes was soft and mushy. The chips where cold and seemed like they were made yesterday, I expected better from them. Rater drive to another store and get better value
